You may recognize the name Henry featured in Henry's Landing in Scottville, adjacent to the PM Riverside Park.  Some of his interests come from that association and the difficulties they faced from the government in that area, but he also has an interest in the Ludington marina situation because he has friends there and recognizes the difficulty the private marinas have had because of the very uneven playing field.

Unfortunately, he has a lot of information to bring to the table and it's sometimes hard to condense and focus the material for those with little or no knowledge of the issue.  I hope his next video will provide enough background so that his point can better be brought home.

Is Mr. Henry from the Ludington area and is he involved with charter fishing? I must have missed about how the State and city got into the marina business. I heard him refer to charter boats and public funded marina's but not how it all originated and that the waterways commission is an advisory body only.
