I like his videos but there seems to be a lot of splicing of the video as he is explaining what they are about. He probably is not a professional videographer but he should put out a product  with as few stops, starts and splices as possible. I still haven't heard an explanation that explains why commercial fishing boats are not allowed in subsidized marinas. I can guess why but it would be nice to see an official explanation.

Video displaying the deceit of state and local agencies in developing local municipal marinas and not living up to their words and contracts.  It should be noted that until late 2013, twenty-four years after charter boats were regularly using the city marina, Ludington (via their city council taking actions in open meetings) never officially allowed charter boats to be regularly operating out of the marina.

What is incredibly odd about this is that one member from the council (the finance committee chairman) has a permanent seat on the Municipal Marina Board which advises the full council of what's going on down at the city marina.  The city managers since 1980 also are part of the board and should have realized this was against the contract with the state and the people, but as they ignored their duty to take an oath of office, they also ignored their duty to enforce the contract's terms.
