Part IV is nearly done. It will be pointed out that there is more than one problem in this City and County. Is it unlike others in this State or the Nation? From the comments I've received on twitter including those that are sent privately suggest and allege this is mirrored across the country. We're going to move to the watershed problem and issues facing Mason County. The remaining evidence we have about the charter boats amounts to over 1000 documents. It is important to explain and show nationally when the time comes how egregious the violations amount to and how public acts are used in our national budgets to move money that is never heard about or even considered money for other purposes would be used to pass money through. We will be using Google's One Drive in the near future to share documents and audio to show our intent to be transparent. If we need correction we welcome it. We've asked for it many times and if you have watched Transparency I, II and III then it is known why we call this Transparency. We'll listen and we're open to correction. Is Government open? Are our politicians? It's time to take back our voice because we are the voice. I appreciate the comments supporting the evidence and hope those uninformed are willing to stick it out or simply willing to lose out. Happy 4th of July America.

Great clarification X, and a well done on the synopsis of this situation.

I would also remind Jasper that Mr. Henry's motivations are not driven by his own personal animus towards anyone in the government or any sense of vendetta after being personally wronged.  His motivations are driven by the ideals of our country and his umbrage at seeing his friends in the private marina business get the shaft from the government who is supposed to be providing public services and fixing roads with the ample money they receive, not going into direct competition with private sector businesses.  The whole idea is perverse and obscene when you think about it.

Officials behaving contrary to the rules and their oath can be maddening, but, to them and those who accept the status quo, so can citizens who stand their ground behind ideals that are irrefutable and bulletproof.

There has only been a foundation laid at this point. The people, or as the government says the "community" needs to have a voice as they represent what that voice is saying. We want the voices back and involved as this community is going to evolve drastically in the next five years.

Jasper, I understand what you're saying about defeatism when it comes to butting heads with the narcissists in charge of government agencies. It's all too true. However, when the DNR Director and the Waterways Commissioner both admit to the legal charter being broken over and over, and then continue to ignore the voices from the private sector, they ask for legal actions. Let's just say that each private marina in Ludington has been damaged for 20 years, to the tune of say, $10,000 each, that's $2 Million per marina, times 5 marinas, equals $10 Million to start with. If that in itself doesn't present a major problem to the city of Ludington's city mgr. and officers, then it's going to be a battle they can't and won't win in any fair court of the state of Michigan.

Good job Mr. Henry. The marina charter, the paperwork that established these publicly funded marinas to begin with, is very clear and precise on what they can and cannot do. The municipalities are governed by this charter to run the operation in a fair and equitable fashion. It never has been fair from the very start, and up to this very day. I wonder if most marina mgrs. and the port authority have even read their own rules for existence. I think not. Even after these facts are presented numerous times to both the marina, and the city council of Ludington, they totally ignore it, and continue to ask for legal problems from the private sector. This may soon come about, as we see time go on. It's obvious the city of Ludington has one and only one concentration, to operate illegally, unfairly, and to put private marinas in the area out of business.

An advisory committee making the rules; a Ludington City Council that allows charter boats in the city marina for 25 years before making a resolution without the two-sided authority to cut the amount of charter boats in the city marina back to twelve.  Federal and state rules that prohibit charter and commercial fishing boats in public marinas.

The videos are making things clearer all the time.

Jefferson,

Nobody listens or hears your ongoing complaint with the DNR.  I listened to your first video, and I was lost as what your point was.  I totally and completely understand your dilemma, but your you tube led me to a guy somewhere in Indiana who was having huge serious issues with the Courts involving custody matters, and a whole menagerie of issues with the court system.  This simply was due to you calling your cause"Transparency."  Good Luck with your ongoing cause.  Per the usual your when it involves any government entity, your diligence for your cause will change nothing!  Sad as that is to say!  These issues with the Government(DNR), will affect your physical health, mental well-being, and really in the end is it worth it???

You've done a very good job presenting this video and you have answered the question I had as to why charter boats should not be in Ludington's marina. Very interesting. I'm going to  re-watch this video again to pick up information I might have missed.

Have you seen the Michigan State Waterways Commission at the Ludington Municipal Marina. Do you know who they are? What does the DNR use this group for? The answers can be found in Transparency. This opening topic has two other videos on YouTube I and II that are must see especially after you view this eye opening video about State government. You can compare if your municipalities is run much the same way; I call it trickle down government. This video addresses the facts for you to decide if the Municipal/State/Private marinas funded by everyone's tax dollars through Michigan Gas Tax. Are we on the side to let the government decide what business they will try to establish to compete against the private sector or should the private section has first shot? You can decide as we dig through the history and let you see for yourself, we are transparent in what we find. Enjoy and feedback is welcomed.
