The 5th Ward Recount is official. Angela Serna beats Wallace Cain 243-239 (no change after the recount). Details to come in a future post.

The fact that Cain got half the votes shows that Ludington voters are not paying attention or they don't care or they are woefully and happily swimming in blissful ignorance.

Congrats Angela, do what's right not what you are told to do by the rest of the Council. Talk with X, he knows more about what is going on than any local official. He might even help you with your math.

Thanks for the current status post and update. Congrats to Angela for a win for locals' futures. You can go back to Philadelphia now Wally, and keep your big city ideas there.
