Recently surfaced tape shows Seabrook (New Hampshire) Police Officers haul Mike Bergeron through their facility in 2009. Early on, one officer slams compliant victim hard against the concrete wall, moments later another of the three officers spray mace at the prone victim. Officers appear to be enjoying their work throughout, and see nothing wrong with what they are doing. Even though they know they are on camera.
Now that the video has went public two of the officers have been placed on paid administrative leave while an investigation is conducted.

It seems to me that if the administration was humane and just, that this would have happened back in 2009 when this video was requested and reviewed by the police's records officer.
