How should Consumers Energy bribe money be spent?

How nice that a group of citizens can now decide how the bribe money given to the Mason county, so the corrupt County officials would vote in favor of the 56 wind skyscrapers, can now be spent. But CE doesn't want any arguing about the towers.  I like how bribes are now considered "Good Neighbor" funds when a large corporation is doing the bribing.

Willie, so right! Bribery is alive and well in Mason County thanks to CE making the big bribe. Yes, $2Million is the figure, for laying down and letting them do as they please, and the repurcusions will last for many decades after the bribe is spent and forgotten. Just wonder whom the six locals are deciding the outlays of the monies, and how many years will it take to get this bribe into the hands of that committee? Anyone?

Look at it this way- you sold your paradise up there for $2 million plus all the other sugar cubes the landowners got.

Idyllic Manhattan was brought from the Indians for $24 worth of trade goods from the Dutch.  And now you get their windmills!
