Anybody know why the City no longers administers Mason County's housing-rehabilitation program?

The budget for the Building Rehab Fund dropped about $400,000 from 2015-2016 because the City is no longer involved in administering this program. Anyone have any knowledge how these funds were allocated in 2015?

Will another agency, City or County be picking up this program? Did the funding for this end? It seems strange that it was dropped without an explanation.
