Regional Politics: Prosperity for Michigan PAC being a little sneaky

I've noticed lately that Prosperity For Michigan PAC seems to be being a bit sneaky on their TV spots. Several times now when a Pete Hoekstra approved commercial starts playing I've noticed that it will cut over to a commercial from Prosperity For Michigan that is anti-Hoekstra (but doesn't endorse Hoekstra's opponent Durant). All is fair in love and war and politics but buying local airtime from a cable company so that your commercials appear in place of your opponents seem to be 'bad sportsmanship'... both sides should equally be shown and allowed to make their cases as to why their candidate should win.
