We all remember Robert Gibbs, Obama's former White House Press Secretary, he was on Fox News Sunday today attempting to tell us that the administration didn't mislead the public on the Sept 11 incident in Libya and other countries. I'd love to see the video of this sometime so I can just how long Gibb's nose grows while he's babbling this bit of info. Last I checked, it was the administration and its minions telling us all repeatedly that all the unrest was because of a poorly done video on Youtube.... even though all the info was pointing to that it was a terrorist attack. A week later we then hear from the current White House Press Secretary that it was obviously an attack.

It's quite obvious that this administration is pretty inenept when it comes to real foreign policy matters. I'm not talking Bin Laden which involved years of intelligence and basically just a go/no go call. The sad thing with all this is that this president has a Nobel Peace Prize but at this point the thing is getting covered in blood.

A prominent campaign surrogate for President Obama said today the White House did not try to cover up details about the attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya.

"Absolutely no one intentionally or unintentionally misled anybody involved in this," said former White House press secretary Robert Gibbs, speaking on Fox News Sunday. "Absolutely not."

Obama administration officials initially attributed the Sept. 11 attack in Libya -- including the deaths of ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans -- to the protest of an anti-Islam film that got out of control.

Now they describe the incident as a terrorist attack, amid evidence of a pre-planned operation in connection with the 9/11 anniversary.

The changed view is based on newly revealed evidence, Gibbs said.

"We have learned more and as this investigation continues, I anticipate, we will continue to learn more facts about the awful assassination, murder of our great ambassador in Libya," Gibbs said.

The administration's priorities are to capture Stevens' killers, and to "protect our missions and our consulates throughout the world, and remain engaged," Gibbs said.

"We learn more information every single day about what happened," he said."Nobody wants to get to the bottom of this more than we do."

I heard a funny statement on a talk show last week. A caller said that "if Pinocchio were in Obama's Administration he would be the one with the shortest nose."
