A wind storm from September 3-6 leaves the Plaza, Ludington's Skate Park inundated by sand before sand fences go up. Over seven weeks later, the Plaza remains open with plenty of skaters and plenty of sand. Who should be cleaning this mess and alleviating the safety hazards, the kids or the City DPW? Why didn't the DPW clean it when they cleaned out the rest of the park along with some residences across the street in mid September? Why hasn't it been done by now?
