Blood alcohol results are in for West Shore Community College President Charles Dillon, who was arrested on drunken driving charge and is awaiting arraignment.

The results would read .186 blood alcohol content in layman's terms, according to Manistee Department of Public Safety Director Dave Bachman.

"It would also qualify for super drunk if the prosecutor decides to charge that level," Bachman said. "From this point the prosecutor will determine the appropriate charge and Mr. Dillon will be scheduled for an arraignment."

Dillon is currently on paid leave.

Is this acceptable for someone leading an institution of higher education, having ten drinks effective in your system as you drive through the maze known as Manistee city?  This was incredibly pre-school-stupid on his part.
