The truth of the matter is that because the advice Rom gave was so poorly thought out and presented and then, properly criticized by other Torch contributors, that the only  viable explanation for the poor advice was to claim it as a fictional presentation of an imaginary AI creator. I wish I could use the AI excuse for many of my goofy posts but Rom takes first prize for using the king of excuses. And of course we all recognize Charles as being the hand sticking up Rom's butt like the proverbial ven-troll-oquist by helping him/her try to weasel up a good explanation for posting bad advice.
