I skimmed this really quickly bu I figure Aqua would be more up on this than the rest of us so can you give a short synopsis in laymens terms of whats going on?

First I've heard of it Sheila. The attachment above is sketchy at best. When you have other links on this please post them asap for me. I'm thinking it pertains more to commercial fisherman on the big business side, but they did mention anglers in general too, which concerns me now too. Worst part is, now the time to reply and make opposition to it has passed, so the next steps are to vote it into law. I'll check with the other fishing assoc.'s I belong to also. Thanks.
