Prolific and Frequent Complainer and His Blog Get Some Coverage

WMOM news broke the old story I posted over the weekend about the rescinding of City Manager John Shay's Letter of Trespass on concerned community activist Tom Rotta today, the oversized voice of News Editor Mike Tanis booming out the fact at the end of every hour that a letter from the City Manager was displayed and it was announced in "his blog" that the "prolific and frequent complainer" was now able to enter City Hall after 423 days of banishment. 

 

I don't mind the "frequent and prolific" adjectives, especially when it's applied to me by the ladies, but "complainer"?  Okay, maybe I'm not comfortable with the status quo at City Hall and the Mason County Courthouse, but "complainer"?  I am sure that if they reported on Ludington Daily News editor Steve Begnoche and his relationship with City Hall they wouldn't refer to him as a "bootlicker", an "apple polisher", or an "unabashed fawner".  But I guess I can live with complainer for now, however, I had to make a comment on Mr. Tanis' webpage:

 

Notice ladies, that he has just changed his status from 'in a relationship' to 'single' less than a day ago.  Was this for calling the ex a prolific and frequent complainer?  I don't know, but I heard some rumor that he's in a "bromance" with someone he works with.  Guess where I heard that?  WMOM.

 

Even though I was the topic du jour today, I didn't make the WMOM webpage, being pushed to the side by Nick Krieger's over the weekend announcement for running for probate judge.  That should make this an interesting race, with him and Jeff Nellis running for Judge Mark Raven's vacated slot.  I noticed this "other news" was also broken first by WMOM.  But he wasn't labelled a whiner, nor was the watchblog he created not mentioned by name.  Not that he has one, anyway.
