They had better put that building on stilts because the water is still rising. Installing higher ground at LYC 5-3-19
Plus the fools at City Hall have begun reconstructing the Ludington Ave Beach. The construction which is located less than 50 ft from the water's edge is going to have trouble standing up to heavy surf.
