Hans-en-Franz: I am Hans, en I am Franz, And We Just Want to pump...(clap)... Your Groundwater Up!
Goeff Hansen and Ray Franz won election to state offices using their opponents positions on making groundwater a public resource, rather than being those of individual landowners. Their opponents countered by pointing out the excessive use of some community's groundwater by some companies, affecting the people's access to groundwater. Time will tell, but I couldn't resist a little picture tampering (nonprofessional though it is).
