Whenever I see a person with a lot of tattoos like this, I suggest to them that they should be put under lock and key at an art institution.

But I leave off the word "art".

Shocking is quite an understatement. More like Crazy for attention and publicity. The "birth defects" excuse is to cover up his true intentions imho.
