I love the folksy artsy version that is original to the tune, but, that's just me....lol. Rap/NOT!
I like it. Maybe you could release it in a rap version.
For those few that may still now care about history in Ludington, the WKLA was started by local entrepreneur, Karl L. Ashbacker, thus the KLA insignia. After Karl retired from giving Lud. it's first radio station, Ray Plank bought it, he's the guy in the suit if I'm not mistaken in the video. The guy with the catamaran sailboat/sun cap, was his son, Tom Plank, who inherited the radio station and ran it successfully until sold to the Big Rapids people that own it now. I wonder if anyone has heard of this video/song before, and if so, how many? Does anyone besides me and X like it?
The tune and the words are very soothing and memorable for me, just happened to find it tonight and felt like sharing.
Never heard that song before. Not bad, it brings back the good old days when we had WKLA in town.
