There were 2 snowmobiles on a trailer with covers there at MCSO last summer. Why doesn't he use them?

Watch out for the next sheriff-wanna-be in 2016 to campaign on Sheriff Cole's lack of purchasing emergency snowmobiles which almost led to the death of a deputy.
