I am wondering if there are any aggressive attorneys in the area?  NOT in Ludington, but somewhere in the Eastern side of the state?  I need an aggressive attorney to answer questions regarding the laws made just for Ludington.

Can anyone help me?????

Hometown, send me a message and tell me more of what you need.  Some attorneys are aggressive in only certain areas of law, and probably the most aggressive attorneys in the state are in the southeast, such as the Fieger Law firm.  Both of the attorneys I've utilized to successfully fight the Ludington City juggernaut are from the eastern part of the state.

Thank you, XLFD!  I appreciate your input.  I will contact Fieger Law firm to see if they can help.

I wish Hometown Girl could be more specific on which laws or ordinances are preferred. Fieger is a very good attorney, and will certainly either assign this to his crew, or refer you to someone even more expert in that field. No real laws are made just for Ludington, but it's a fact that LE and the courts have made interpretations of general and Michigan laws that don't match with the law's intentions all too many times. Unless someone says something to the contrary to Lansing, these things just get worse and repeat themselves for years. Sometimes they do anyhow, in spite of everything.

I agree, AQUAMAN!  I am learning so much about LE and the courts.  It such a sad thing!  I don't like what I'm learning.  I'll contact Fieger Law firm to see if they can or will help.

If your case doesn't titillate them enough to devote manpower to, and every law firm and attorney have periods where they either have a big surplus or a big deficit of workload, and for some reason they can't recommend anyone else, get back with me because I know of a couple of others out east that may take your case.

Thank you!  I do appreciate your help.  Will keep you updated on our progress.

Been over a year now Hometown Girl. Can you advise on what happened and what has been done since last April, 2015? Thanks.
