Taking the Browns to the Super Bowl just got a lot harder in Oceana County for the visitors in the last two months.

Sheriff’s dept. seeks info in porta-potty thefts

The Oceana County Sheriff’s Departments seeks information regarding the theft of five porta-pottys since the beginning of August.

Sheriff’s department Lt. Craig Mast said two porta-pottys were taken from Cedar Point County Park in Golden Township, one from the Pentwater River boat launch off Monroe Road in Weare Township, one from the Trading Post on Monroe Road in Weare Township and one from the Stony Lake oval in Benona Township. Four of the five were handicapped accessible and valued at $2,000-$3,000 each. The other was valued at $500-$700, Mast said. He said it’s possible they are being taken for use as a hunting blind or for a large party.

Four of these potties were taken between August 8-15, and the last was stolen just this last weekend.

If you are privy to any information on these porta-potties or have the full poop, you have to go and call the Oceana County Sheriff's Department at 873-2121.  If you need to leak a large amount of crap, drop the load off at their crime lavatory with John or Loo. Authorities admit they have been putting their heads together, but have been throne off track after plunging into this case.  Urinal our prayers, OCSD, hope you can get this s--t straightened out.

Funny X. I think their assumption that they were stolen for deerblinds or deer camp toilets is a correct one. Taking them for a large party doesn't make sense because to many people would see them. I bet they've been camo painted and are now sitting in the woods somewhere.

Seriously, I think your right.  The Water Closet Bandits are keying in on the oversized handicap portapotties, which would make a darn fine deer blind and toilet for a private property with just a couple of modifications.  I suggest putting in some sort of homing device on other large portajohns in the area, so they can catch these robbers brown-handed.
