Happy New Year Torchers! Hope that the introduction to 2018 found all well! Hoping for a prosperous and productive year for all Torch bearers! Prayers that the greater good overcomes! Social media has many openings for us to speak our thoughts and used properly we can instill change, and soon! Lets all work together! Strength is in numbers!

I've handed out annual Torch Awards for a few years using viewer votes, but I don't always have the extra time to review the year sufficiently to do it justice. This year, I'm planning on following President Trump's lead to issue awards to the worst purveyors of Fake News this next Monday, by doing something fairly similar with the Ludington area. I will, however, look not only at the bad but also the good.
