On the verge of a heart attack, more likely. In his six minutes on the floor, he punctuated his belief in the ideals of the Republican Party and little else. All style and no substance. If this guy actually introduced some issues he's passionate about, and I agreed with him, I would support him strongly. Since he never says anything of substance, I can only be amused by him, and wonder why he's so passionate about nothing in particular.
