I thought Democrats said that the Tea Party was insignificant

For being insignificant, the Tea Party sure seems to be wielding some serious power... at least as far the democrats are thinking. Before the last election their was many democrats/liberals that kept telling everyone how the Tea Party had no real power and that the movement was dead or on its way out. But then we see the Tea Party able to help get several of the candidates they backed elected to congress. Now we hear even Harry Reid telling us how the Tea Party is controlling the republicans on the budget issue.

I wish they would make up their minds.

They are sure making a great show of demonizing those teabaggers huh????? I really can not take a congressman too seriously who held up the funding of the cowboy poetry festival as a necessary function of the U.S. government.
