The guys here may not be so interested in this topic. so ya may wanna skip it unless you've raised a girl or two.

Now on with the story.

So, for those who have raised a girl, lets commiserate LOL!

At a certain age things start happening with hormones and such. This is not puberty, but PRE-puberty. Until today I did not know such a thing existed. Now I have been to the library to get some books like this and this too for the kid to read. She has been glued to them for two hours.

When I was her age I would have thought my mother nuts if she had given me a book like that and never touched it.

These days kids are different. They are sensitive. I am not sure how to deal with that one, i mean when everything leads to a crying storm, not a thing or two but everything from the carrots being cooked 'wrong' to the lettuce being to green. Hmm.. only a few more decades to go.

I am lucky I have 2 boys/men - but I have friends with teenage girls and everything is so End of the World dramatic. Good Luck surviving the coming years.
OH NO! It has started" and from my experience with women it never ends. But I still love those adorable creatures. You know the old saying, "you can't live with them and you can't live with them".
LOL... I hear ya... as evil as they seem to be at time (i'm sure there are plenty of women that say that about men), you still can't help but love them... they put smiles on my face all the time :-)
My daughter is very smart... ging to one of the better Christian schools ..considering becoming a missionary in Isreal but will still cry at the drop of a hat... good luck with this... I hear it does get better eventually.
