I haven't let Kim Cole have a pass on the Schilling incident, but with the McAdams lawsuit looking like an even more egregious use of police power by the County and the City of Ludington, I couldn't give Sheriff Fiers a free pass.  If Fiers blows his chance to show his fidelity to his Oath of Office and what appears to be the violent, repeated, long-term tasering of an unarmed and non-threatening man, first outside, and then in a hospital setting by area LEOs, you know Sergeant Kim Cole will get his chance to answer what happened here. 

As it is a pending case, I will be surprised if either one actually has the guts to make any statement of any consequence.  But if they don't, you really got to worry about what is happening with our area's cops, and their supervisors.
