Larry Elder said it the best. This is all about money and the hypocrites that have lodged themselves into the higher plateau of American society. It's hard to imagine how these leftists think. On one hand they criticize the United States for it's past history of slavery and oppression, which happened long before most Americans were alive but completely ignore the brutal dictators of communists countries who continue to imprison and murder their own citizens. Lebron James is one such ignorant person. He claims to be for the oppressed but when his bank account is threatened by a shoe manufacturer he folds like a cheap suit. We must be very wary of the Chinese communists and their desire to dominate.

It seems contradictory that the Democrat-led US House is passing (weak) policy that shows support of the Hong Kong protests, but that the pampered Democrat-leaning icons of the NBA take the side of the communist dictatorship of China over the democracy-leaning Hong Kong natives.  Keep Hong Kong free and support measures to get the rest of China to follow their example seems like the sensible course-- unless you love communism.
