October 11 is the last scheduled day this year, however, they could extend that if weather stays nice and they have enough cargo contracts (such as for wind turbine parts).

I think she's making her FINAL sailings pretty soon now. So if you want to go aboard, now's the last call for this last week. Also doing fall stateroom stays, so cool! GO BADGER!

This is not a familiar shot, as it appears it's sunrise coming up in the east. To me, the smoke stack signals people at commerce working, contributing to the local economy. To other enviro-nuts, it's bad pollution.

Just in case I was wrong about the location of where you shot it, I knew I was definitely in the right for the batty part.  Including echolocation.

Thanks. You are correct, It was taken from across the harbor at Buttersville. However even though you are correct, the batty part is still applicable.

Nice photo.  Am I batty or is that taken from the Buttersville Peninsula?
