Does anyone know what the white spots are.

I took this photo in May and the dandelions were still yellow and had not seeded. The Cottonwood trees had not bloomed. So what are these millions of white specks that were only visible when the sun was blocked such as in the photo of the turbine? Out in the open they were invisible.

I only discovered them when I put the picture on the computer and enlarged it. I didn't notice them when I took the photo, I don't think they were just around the turbine. I haven't been out near the turbines since so I couldn't say if they're still there. I looked on the internet also and couldn't find anything.  Below is the original photo.

Faerie dust?

I couldn't find anything about such phenomena around wind turbines in a couple of quick Google searches.  Did these white particles recirculate?  And were they only right around the turbine?  Are they still present, to your knowledge?

Could be but that green pollen is more like dust. These particles are much larger and are highly reflective.

My guess is it's the green pollen that permeates the air this time of year, covering your vehicle daily with a thin film of soilent green.
