Thanks Aquaman. We are lucky to have such an abundance of beauty not only in the Ludington area but around the State. I posted the picture below last year of an extremely foolish man.

Another excellent photograph Willy, captures the essence every time you shoot. If you can believe it, there were two guys yesterday out on the Gr. Haven wall with tethers and boards going off the end in 15' waves and 40 kt. winds. Publicity hounds or daredevils? On Friday afternoon, I witnessed 5 people out on the wall here, I guess none washed off, but still should have been blocked by LPD with gate and lock from proceeding imho.

Thanks. No filters used. The color comes from the sun back lighting the lighthouse and waves. I had to underexpose the photo because of the brightness of the sky and waves which left the rest of the image dark.

Exquisite!  Did you use a filter to accent the shades of blue and sepia?
