Umm, it was reported he did have one, but set the home port inside the pierheads by a hundred feet or so, which would explain his errant position in fog or darkness. It was local Dick Smith, I believe he owns Lud. Plumbing, age 73? and was very critical last I heard. Anyone with an update on his current condition? I wish him well. Thanks.
