Staunch the Stench FAIL

There are a host of new complaints about the stench emanating  from the Waste Water Treatment Plant in the last few nights, see  Concerned Local (Ludington) on Face Book.

City Manager John Shay spent  an undisclosed amount of money to staunch the stench from the plant that seems not to be working to well.  http://www.masoncountypress.com/?s=odor+control

More of our tax money wasted on bandaid repairs. We would have been better served with an industrial size drum of Febreze pumped through the aerators. 

If the putrid odors would reach into Shays neighborhood you can bet things would be handled differently.  Anyone got any good stink bomb recipes?

Luckily the wind is predominately out of the west because an easterly wind would have people leaving town in a hurry.
