7 California boys arrested in attack on teen

I'm waiting for Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and the other race baiters to go to Palmdale and have rallies in support of the young Hispanic male that was beaten while having racial statements yelled at him. Of course I'm not going to hold my breath for that to happen since there isn't a black 'victim' in this case. I've said it before and will say it again, maybe the race baiters should get their own house in order before they worry about what others are doing!

PALMDALE, Calif. (AP) - Seven black teens have been arrested on suspicion that they committed a hate crime when they attacked a 15-year-old Hispanic boy while he was walking home from school in Southern California, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The March 14 beating in Palmdale was captured on video and posted on YouTube, but has since been removed from the site. The seven boys, ages 13 to 16, were arrested Wednesday for investigation of assault and committing a hate crime, Lt. Don Ford said.

The attack happened near Cactus Middle School, but Ford didn't know if any of the teens involved were students there.

The video shows as many as 10 boys surrounding the victim and challenging him to a fight. The suspects then began hitting the teen while others watched.

During the beating, the teens made racially derogatory statements that were captured on the video, Ford said.

After the victim fell to the ground, the assailants kicked him multiple times in the head, knocked out several teeth and left shoe impressions on his skin, Ford said.

The victim was able to get to his feet and escape the onslaught, and will need to undergo dental surgery.

The teens who were arrested were identified from the video, which was discovered by a Palmdale sheriff's deputy and has been retained for evidence. Authorities are not releasing the video.

Police are seeking three more suspects.

An arraignment date has not been set yet.

I would think at minimum this would fit under bullying if not racist. But it is being evaluated as a hate crime.

there is also a video out from Baltimore of a white tourist being blind sided in front of the courthouse, and then being kicked and stripped of his clothes and car keys, while other(blacks) are laughing about it and filming it.

Now you have a DOJ that says you can't have black on white hate crimes, the blacks seem to feel they can get away with anything. Two blaack teenagers here in Toledo just beat a 78 year old man on the street last week, all the while screaming "this is for Travon", and the cops say they are not sure if it qualifies as a hate crime.???

At an interview, the old man couldn't understand, stating he lives 1000 miles from florida and had nothing to do with what happened down there.

I didn't used to carry all the time, but will now. Its going to be a long hot summer.
