Doctor-patient confidentiality is not being declared by the officials as the reason more than a week after the defense has put out that Sean Phillips is the father.  They have now declared Sean is the father, but no new news I see out on whether the Judge is throwing out the more serious kidnapping charge yet. 

Judge Wadel has shown he does pay attention to the letter of the law and does not have "guilty" as a rubber stamp, so this may be good news for Mr. Phillips.  No new news lately since the 26th.

Sorry for any confusion, as we have had about a half dozen threads on this case in the Torch, and a search may have taken you to this one.
