The news is full of misinformation and lies. Everything is political. This is the case with the Coronavirus. One of the motives behind this hoax is to undermine the U.S. economy and Trump.

Has the World gone batty.

"Two Michigan residents have tested “presumptive positive” for coronavirus COVID-19, the state’s first cases of the infectious disease, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer announced Tuesday evening.

Whitmer said she is declaring a state of emergency.

“We’re going to keep Michigan safe and we’re going to be prudent," Whitmer said, adding she’ll be meeting with officials Wednesday to determine what next measures to take. An announcement on those measures is expected Wednesday afternoon, according to a press release from the governor’s office."

Has anyone been keeping track of the real flu epidemic that is happening. This situation would be like the entire police force of Ludington rushing out to arrest a shoplifter while a thief is robbing the bank and killing the employees.

I'm not saying don't take some kind of precautions but declaring a state of emergency at this time is ridiculous. Just like everything progressive democrats do results in a loss of confidence in the Government. I also heard the the City of New Rochelle New York has been surrounded by National Guard troops because of the Corona virus.

I think it is crazy. I mean take precautions if you are "at risk" over 60 with heart or respiratory issues, but your analogy is a GOOD one, imo, Willy.

MSU cancelling in-person classes until mid-April...this will probably be the first of a series of "precautions" that will set the world as we know it back for six weeks. Even the polio outbreak of 1950s wasn't this quarantined.

To me this just all seems like a crisis to end all crises.  Unexplainable what it is doing to the stock market, and imo an excuse to move to zero and negative interest rates.

Imagine what this might do to air travel. If an area becomes "high risk" area a flight could be cancelled. One positive thing, the airlines are probably cleaner than usual with extra precautions.

I heard a snipet about this on the radio.  Three passengers became paranoid because of a sneezing, coughing passenger on a United flight from Eagle, CO to Newark, NJ and the flight was diverted to Denver for precautions.

Thanks for the link Freedom Seeker. I would join twitter but I stay away from these social sites. I love Trumps attitude and have never read any of his posts. He's a genius for doing this because no other news agency except Fox would print what truth he says. Plus his posts are entertaining.
