How to build a business district in a part of the city that is hurting so bad!

Look at this idea that they have for Copeyon park! This is so nice and such a draw to families on summer days, best thing is it would be in the 4th ward! This is where things need to happen to make the city whole and equal. Fix the PM Bayou, build this and give us attention that we have been dying for since 2008! There is a upscale mall here that has this same thing and on any given warm day they are packed! This needs to happen in this location!

I think its a good idea.
I see a lil resistance on FB all ready, but still support.
Also I understand that old Stearns Hospital is sold. Someone should contact new owners for support.
My grandparents first moved to 4th ward when moving to Ludington.
If it's built, we would enjoy it.
