I believe I know who our visitor is... and its not Behr
After much thought and discussion and looking at the totality of the available data/facts, I have come to the conclusion that the person that has been making the many visits here of late, is not Behr, but that it is........

I've had a few chats with Behr over the last few months and as much as he would seem like a likely target to some, he simply doesn't seem to have the time or interest to be such a nuisance. He is taking classes among a few other things and that simply takes up most of his time. When the Soup was open to the public, there were times when I noticed that there are several days between post by Behr. That just doesn't seem to support the idea that he would be coming here instead. He did admit to me that he did use an alias at LT, don't remember if he used it here to or not though.
Anyway, here's my reasoning as to why I believe our guest to be Casey. Firstly, in the postings i've seen from the kid, she's generally seemed to be a bit immature, quick to be abrasive in a lot of postings. While some of the postings of late here have not been abrasive, when your trying to be covert you'd probably attempt to post in a different manner to hide some obvious tendencies. Then there are certain words or things said that are similar to things she's said before. One of the popular things said while I was at the Soup was that I was a 'fence sitter'. We seen this pop up in a recent posting here by someone calling themselves "merry Christmas", when they commented that I needed to take a stand on something (regardless of the fact that i've taken many stands on many things).
Its obvious that the person making the postings came from the Soup and I simply don't see any of the others there as being the type of people that would bother fooling around with this sort of stuff. The reason I say its obvious that the person is from the Soup is simply for the fact that what brought on the latest round of 'visits' was the death of Blinkey and the take by them that certain members here had in their eyes disrespected the memory of Blinkey. Also, the fact that the real name of members here have been used recently by other individuals for their screen names (most recently today), simply makes very unlikely that its just some random person doing the visits. Most of us don't see eye to eye with say Tuebor or Phoenix (aka Zannie) but as we didn't agree with their take on things, they never gave me the impression that they dislike us so much as to infiltrate the forums here and be disruptive.... in other words, they are respectful. And I just don't see Phoenix or Tuebor coming here and posting pornographic pictures. Casey on the other hand has on more then a few occasions been less then respectful and knowing from a reply in a Soup thread while I was a member, she's ok with strippers which would lean to being ok with porn as well. She is the only one that I can see that would go through all the trouble of resorting to the numerous visitations. More then likely, Casey was also responsible for some of the postings on the Bike thread from Montana wasn't it? Wherever it was, that member names here were used by people other then the actual members and given Casey's penchant for behaving poorly, I think she had a hand in things.
As far as the recent posting of comments from the "Soup Rehab" group, there was no intrusion by some covert agent. All one needs to do is simply type "Soup Rehab" into the search box in the top right corner of the page and you will get about 4 pages of results. You'll notice that none of the comments are in their entirety, always only portions of comments, not the entire text. Its simply just a odd snafu in the Ning system that would allow the general person to see any comments within a private group. Kind of defeats the purpose to have a private group if not all of the comments within the group are private. I think someone will be contacting Ning in the near future on this subject.
Anyhow, this is what I believe and when presented with what I have presented above, I think most will agree with my assessment. To Casey, grow up and act your age. While we are not perfect here, we never spammed your forum choice, specially with porn. You can fool some but your not fooling us anymore. I'm not a legal expert but i'm going to go out on a limb here and say that someone posting porn on a public forum that has rules against such things could get themselves into trouble. I don't believe it would take a computer specialist long to track IP address to the computer sending the images. You might want to consider this when posting such images.

Good investigative job, Dave. You're right, you can just type in Soup rehab and get a sneak peek into our private groups.
I also believe 'Casey' may be the culprit, but is Behr Casey? The guy does seem to have a split personality.

No, I think Casey is someone else entirely. Think she's a bit younger then most posters at any of the local forums which might account for her more rebellious attitude.

To me it does not matter who it is because I don't waste my time reading beyond the first line or two.
Based on issues in other places, the name for these sicko's is TROLL.
Recommendations by FCC are
1) DO NOT FEED THE TROLL
2) Immediately upon entry, the administrator(s) should just remove the troll's posts without comment or warning
3) Did I say do not feed the troll by responding in any way to their posts?
So please, let us not respond but ask our administrators to remove their posts as soon as they appear. I'm sure this sicko is not causing disruption only in this site but other sites as well. If we do not respond, it takes away their control and their "fun"
Even if you don't see eye to eye with our local Sheriff department, maybe you or XFLD might consider calling Sheriff Fiers and ask him to post both here and at LT what the best steps are when dealing with cyberbullies.such as the ones who have been coming here. Also ask them to post what the consequences are for cyberbullies who are prosecuted.

I am guilty as charged. Not feeding the need of the emm unstable offender and removing the post sounds like a winner here right about now.
He/she has to like what they see all of the visual graphity they have placed on the site yes???
