What is wrong with these politicians? Again they are trying to screw over the little guy, set everything up for those who donate to their coffers.

When those in the money circles finally realized how much cash they were missing out on they had to butt right in and start  taking back from the people. Well guess what, the people voted, they voted for the people, to do as they need, not to have another greedy corporate monoply take over something that should be sacred and personal.

I have always been 'for' the 'cause', but I never wanted it to be 'legal'. Why? Because I always knew the people would lose the freedom of it when that happened.

Here is what I am talking about.

It's called apathy, at it's best. It's spread throughout the entire RX industry. The public referendum on any laws, should be stayed, and kept, until such time it is repealed, by the VOTERS only. Not some back room deals with cigar smoke and special interests involved. The pharmaceuticals have power, with big money, donated legally to politicians treasuries, and until that method of operation is stopped, this spiral of greed and conspiracy will continue indefinitely. You see, it's good for both the Pharmacy Industry and the Mich. Treasury in the end, a two-edged sword that hits not only this law, but many many others along the path. JMHO
This seems to go against fundamental concepts of freedom. The majority of people that voted for this law-- a direct democracy-- is being trumped by representative democracy, which goes under the concept of following the will of the people who elected them. Big mistake, guys; don't do it.

I remember voting against this law, but if I were an elected representative, I would respect the vote of the people and vote against this.
