This video thread is dependent on the knowledge gained from this thread, indecent-exposures-ludington-police-invade-your-privy, so please read that for a thorough understanding of the facts behind this whimsical song remake, based on a truly serious issue.

The original "Every Breath You Take" song was written by Sting of a band called The Police, and it was often credited as a love song.  Yet, writer/singer Sting insists the song is about an obsessive person whose interests are less than romantic.  He was accompanied by guitarist Andy Summers and percussionist Stewart Copeland into making the following video, but there is a more recent version of this song hitting the airwaves by "The Ludington Police", and the lyrics of that song, sung to the same tune and meter of the original, immediately follows:

"Every 'Rest' You Take"

Vocals by:  Stink  (aka Chief 'Skid' Mark Barnett)

Guitar:  scAn-de-Bummers (aka Captain Mike 'Dirty' Harrie)

Drums:  Stool-art Cop-panned (aka Detective JB 'Septic' Wells)

Every rest you take

Every poo you make

Every thing you shake

Every pee you take

I'll be watching you.

Every single day

Every stream you spray

Every game you play

Every pile you lay

I'll be watching you.

Oh can't you see

You belong to me?

How my poor lens wakes

with every s--t you take.

Every movement you make

Every wind you break

Every urinal you cake

Every pube you rake

I'll be watching you.

Since you've gone I've been recording on a tape.

I replay at night, I can see more than your face.

I'd look around but it will not let me case.

I feel so cold, that I wholly invade your space.

I keep crying show me, show me please...

Oh can't you see

You belong to me?

How my camera quakes

With every grimace you make.

Every poop you take

Every turd you bake

Every tile you break

Every inch your snake

I'll be watching you.

Every fish you flay

Every time you sway

I'll be watching you.

OMG X that is crazy funny.

Definitely, EyE, but it's less childish than my effort of redoing Cheap Trick's "Dream Police"

Creep Trick  "Peep Police"

The peep police, they film inside of my 'head'.
The peep police, they know that my butt is red.
The peep police, they're coming to record me, oh no.

You know that tapes are cheap, and those profiles ain't nice.
And when I go to pee I don't think I'll stay to the right, the right.

'Cause they're waiting for me.
They're looking at me.
Ev'ry single day they're driving me cuckoo.
The lens inside my loo.

The peep police, they film inside of my 'head'.
(Film inside of my head.)
The peep police, they know what I have been fed.
(Know what I have been fed.)
The peep police, they're coming to molest me, oh no.

Well, I can't tell lies, 'cause they're listening to me.
And when I go wee wee, bet they're spying on me today, tonight.

'Cause they're waiting for me.
They're looking at me.
Ev'ry single day they're driving me cuckoo.
The lens inside my loo.

I try to pee, they're wide angle, they won't leave me alone.
They don't get paid to invade privacy, or let me alone.
They spy on me, I try to hide, they won't let me alone.
They persecute me, they're the judge and jury all in one.

'Cause they're waiting for me.
They're looking at me.
Ev'ry single day they're driving me cuckoo.
The lens inside my loo.

The peep police, they film inside of my 'head'.
The peep police, they should obey laws instead.
The peep police, they're coming to assess me.

Even this baby has a better sense of humor than Eye

In EyE's defense, that baby has a better sense of humor than anyone.

X. I forgot to mention that this is very creative.

Creativity and investigation is what keeps us ranked at number one among Ludington-based blogs that have a fire motif.  Oops, I maybe shouldn't have used 'number one' in this thread, it may be interpreted as something else.

Radiohead has did a remake on their hit "Karma Police"

"Kam'ra Police"

Video'Head'

Kam'ra police, record this man
He takes a crap
His butt is like a fridge
He's on a wide-screened video
Kam'ra police, record this girl
Her skirt is down and is
Making me feel well
And we have filmed her panties
This is what you get
This is what you get
This is what you get when you trust our fuzz
Kam'ra police
I've given all I can
It's not enough
I've given all I can
But we're still on the taxroll
This is what you get
This is what you get
This is what you get when you trust our fuzz

Another creative lyric creation X but that is one dreary piece of music.

It was made by a UK alternative band in 1997 with , at a time when music was a little weird to begin with.  It's a song on a CD of mine that is a compilation of hits of that time, which on the whole, is a pretty good mix of music that can take one back to the end of the last millennium.

The new song out regarding revelations that Ludington officials are recording even more restroom activity even more discretely.

ROCKWELL

"Somebody's Watching Me."

Peekwell

"Somebody's Watching Me"

Who's watching?

Tell me, who's watching?

Who's watching me?

I'm just an average man

With an average life

I work from nine to five

Hey, hell, I pay the price

All I want is to be left alone

When I need to visit the throne

But why do I always feel

Like I'm in the cam'ra's zone

And (I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

And I have no privacy

Whooooa-oh-oh (I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

Tell me, is it just a dream

When I go to the park's restroom

I sense the camera zoom

People go to Ludington

Things they're trying to avoid

But can the closed screen TV see them

Or are they just paranoid?

When I'm at the toilet

I'm afraid to let a fart

'Cause I might be on audio

And they'll have pressed "Start"

People say I'm crazy

Just a little touched

But Ludington City Hall is

Recording just too much

That's why

(I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

And I have no privacy

Whooooa, oh-oh (I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

Who's playin' tricks on me

[Instrumental Interlude]

(Who's watching me?)

I don't know anymore

Are the police watching me?

(Who's watching?)

Well, is the City Council watching me?

(Tell me, who's watching?)

And I don't feel safe anymore

Oh, what a fool

I wonder who's watching me now

(Who?)

The Motor Pool

(I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

And I have no privacy

Whooooa, oh-oh

(I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

Tell me, is it just a dummycam?

(I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

And I have no privacy

Whooooa, oh-oh

(I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

Who's playin' tricks on me?

(Who's watching me)

(I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

Oooooooh Whooooa-oh-oh

(I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

So ? who can it be?

(Who's watching me)

(I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me) Whooooa-oh-oh

(I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

Who's playing tricks on me?

(Who's watching me) (I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

Can I have my privacy?

Whooooa-oh-oh

(I always feel like)

(Somebody's watching me)

Who's playing tricks on me?
