Today my partner in mudrakery, Eve Alone, gets a phone call from Sergeant Schultz (insert your own Hogan's Heroes ironic reference here) of the Ludington Police Department.  She passes me the phone.  It seems he was trying to serve me something about trespassing that he couldn't elaborate on, but he arranged a place to meet so he could give it to me.  I was with a group of folks in my vehicle so I went to the site with a sense of curiosity and wonderment, and several potential witnesses.

When I got there he was still reticent about explaining what it was about ,saying the papers explained it, and politely handed me the following:

Included was a similar notice for 201 N. Washington, the address I recently requested paperwork for because of certain ethical questions (some of those are discussed in the Development of Authority: Part 5).

Trespass Notice 201 N Washington

We all found it rather ridiculous as we discussed it over dinner.  The only thing I have done is put out the public records that would seem to show that two affianced members of the DDA may have violated some rules.  Ms. Venzke or Mr. Tykoski have apparently taken it otherwise, without explanation of their own actions or what I have done to "make them concerned".

I suppose if the corrupt Pentwater politicos can fire Bear Millard from the Pentwater Fire Department for putting up embarassing information about the misuse of public property, these guys figure they can keep me from going to the City Hall and the Police Department for putting up material that shows how the sausage is being made here in Ludington.

Let's see, now I can't go to City Hall to inspect and scan records for an FOIA request.  Now I cannot go to a City Hall Meeting and talk, in clear violation of the Open Meetings Act, section 3(6):  "A person shall not be excluded from a meeting otherwise open to the public except for a breach of the peace actually committed at the meeting."

Eve was looking at my Letter of Trespass earlier and read the first line:  "In the immediate past, there have been actions taken or aided by you that have created a safety concern for one or more members of the City of Ludington staff..."

She noted that if we cut the sentence off just before the word "staff", this could apply to John Shay's policies concerning the lifeguards, the lack of traffic control orders and misplaced stop signs, the hazardous public walkway on the new transient docks, the lack of sidewalks, the vegetation-obscured traffic signs, etc.

Where does she get such crazy ideas?  LOL

Yes, safety of the Ludington City Hall staff is of paramount importance when criminal elements lurking in our midst come asking to see and copy public records, ordinances, contracts, bids, and meetings to do with public trust and expenditures of public monies. These predators of knowledge and concern, must obey the "new rule/ordinances of CM Shay", not the well established FOIA rules set before the public by the State of Michigan for many decades previous, and never before known to have been modified by ANY TOWN in the State previously. These are days of grave concern indeed, and we need to all modify our lives and actions according to the rule of Shay only, as this great man is our God sent leader, here to make sure, we all march in step to his band of ideology and wisdom, which will all help us achieve a greater appreciation for apathy, anxiety, and depression. Long live Shay..................................rofl...........rolls eyes............lol.

Any ill feelings I have against Mr. Shay has a solid basis in what I have displayed in many threads involving his lack of efficacy in ethical city administration and FOIA coordinating.  The DDA is only allowed to do what it does by his explicit or implicit approval, as are most other agencies I have talked about here.  His silence on everything we have exposed here, his reluctance to have me inspect certain documents with lawfully decided fees, and his continued counter-punching on a private citizen of this city should speak volumes.

Wow ! Makes me wonder what the City Council and it's overpaid DDA dept. are so afraid of.......?

You just might have some extra insight into this aspect, Snide.  You have been away for awhile, so if you haven't caught the Development of Authority threads, pt. 1-5, which we started chronicling in December 'search' the archives and check out why they might be upset with the messenger.
