Can you smell the SSCENT of those flowers, dear? The ad tells us to "Spoil your Sweetie" while the article tells us that an Oceana couple with the last name of Valentine were picked up for allegedly spoiling each other with illegal drugs. This was definitely neither Valentines' Day, nor is it likely they will get to spend their signature day together or with the things they love.

Questions: 1) what is suspected marijuana? 2) prescription drugs without prescriptions? or their own? 3) is a second offense considered habitual? or was it two of several more? Happy Valentines Day early.
