A general workplace safety policy for the city isn't the issue as you interpreted it. It also heavily involved and dovetailed the banning of a local man to even enter city hall for the simple purpose of obtaining public information and documentation. Under that disguise and camoflage of integrity, lyed the immoral and unehtical mistreatment of an individuals liberties and constitutional rights. When you agree to allowing and voting for this type of solution to the problem at hand, you only encouraged and voted for facism.
