Quite disturbing, disrespectful use of WWII memorial. It made me wonder how often park rangers or security patrol the memorial. What a beautiful fountain otherwise. I wish ludington would consider a pretty fountain like that which could double ad a splash pad and benefit much greater population downtown somewhere.
Thank you Willy, very thoughtful.

If anyone can post this video it's appreciated. It depicts about 5 minutes of footage at the DC WWII memorial, a place to respect and give honor to our fallen American heroes. It has a large outside fountain too, very beautiful. Trouble is, when this vet. went there, there was about 100 adults and children swimming in their land clothing like it was normal. He walked around for a while filming it, and got upset too, and told many as he could it was NOT a swimming pool, and showed disrespect to our soldiers, so many moved out, but they shouldn't have had to be told to begin with, and there should be guards there to stop this. Many could not talk English, and were from other countries like El Savadore, Pakistan, Guetamala, and elsewhere too.
