Everyone should want fairness and have the rules be followed. But are you being fair to Edie? You have come on here and slandered her by saying she is "disturbing" (I believe you mean "disturbed"), "unscrupulous", and a thief of someone's avatar. Notice the terms of service, where such content is disallowed. Consider this a warning to tone it down.

I maintain the avatar that Blinkey used to use was insulting to those who may consider themselves "physically retarded" and have made this known in the past. I would rather Edie not use it on this ground, not because Blinkey owned it (which he didn't) or because you think it may have been a sign of disrespect.

Thanks for interpretting my motives. Until yesterday, I had run with the same avatar at LT since I joined last November, a quilt. Today you will see another tribute to Blinki over there, like the one I have here. I will run with both for about a month, as a show of respect. For an extremely left wing liberal, Blinkey chose a very politically incorrect avatar, to say the least. It was up at LT for serious discussion and critique by many. His only defense was to pass the buck on to his brother's drunken behavior, that of a man that could not hold his liquor, falling down, and tripping over his own feet, kinda like the one calling the pot black, from my first impressions.
