WOW!!!! I think the city of Grant might have to dig deep into their coffers to pay back 144 people for fines and damages [insurance rate hikes ] this guy caused. Can you say " CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE " The fines paid will be a minor monetary payback, the rest will sink the city.

Wasn't there a topic posted here a while back about a Michigan city with hundreds of reserve officers who paid money to the Police Dept. so they could be wannabe cops?
