Yes Ning was down for most of yesterday and still today it appears they are having sporadic issues.

The Torch was totally down for over a dozen hours beginning early on Friday, and it's been a little squirrely since then. Ning hadn't issued a statement why all of their networks were down for many hours. It wasn't scheduled.
