Funny. If it works, why not? Some of Michigan's potholes are going to require a whale willy around them. How about a willy around City Hall, that should fix it.

This was tried back in Ludington a few years back, but the DPW employees ignored the potholes even more since they figured somebody had sketched pictures of the city manager on the pavement and didn't want to get in trouble for defacing them.  

Get some of the chalk that the local parking enforcement division is throwing out and be creative, say something nice about XLFD or the Torch, something naughty about the DPW or its supervisor Joe Stickney, and fit them into your local potholes.  Repeat after rain or snowstorms.
