Can anyone tell me who owns the lot delineated by Loomis, William and Robert? It is the vacant half block south of Wesco and the Garden Center?

Also who owns the lot south east of the Loomis Street Fish Cleaning Facility?  The one that runs south of Loomis and west of Lakeshore Drive?

I understand your comments and agree but the other areas may not still have a road, 15 million gallons plus of raw sewage, several of our docks, etc. still in it since 2008. One owner stated that he saw the rush of water approx. 9-10 feet higher than normal and went out to measure to prove it, this was at the bridge. How much more was brought other than stated? Funny thing is that the MDEQ 480 page report that we have points this all out in detail and blames the COL for not acting. When the city/state throws a department under the bus after being in trouble  that did not report properly how can you not rush to fix what this agency said is WRONG,! You cant hide the truth it is written!

Need to expand Ludington to all areas because there is so much to offer! Why does this cities leaders not see this? Imagine the possibilities with a city leadership that had all in mind for growing and expanding? Ludington could be a more desirable area than any other in the area if managed properly.

I don't think you understand the mindset of the people "in charge" in the city of Lud.. (jfc, you'll have to search the archives of the Torch to read and believe it all, I know you are a new member, research it.) They are pure, terrific, sensational peeps, they don't ever make mistakes, never miss a trick, and provide us the very ultimate in city services all the time. They are not only condescending and arrogant about their worthiness, they give each other awards and praise for it every chance they get. This mindset has been going on, and got much worse after the hiring of CM Shay, some 10 years ago now. That creepy shyster has got away with so many deficiencies, perjuries, tricks to hide truths, delays, wrongful illegal contracting, overpaying for services to favored pals, granting special property tax status, selling city property for pittances, making sure the fix is in at the courthouse, hiring the same city relatives for the city marina and dpw year after year and not posting job offerings to the public, fraudulent grant applications, it's just become standard operating procedure nowadays. The entire City Council are accomplices both during and after the fact. This isn't a wild rant, though it sounds like it, XLFD has proven it here for years.
