A special note for our readers and friends who still identify as progressives or Democrats:  open each video at separate times.

When I try to figure what the modern Democratic Party stands for, all I guess I really need to know is that they call and treat regular Americans as 'deplorables' and illegal aliens as 'dreamers'.  That they wish to give extra rights to certain classes of citizens, yet fail to observe an unborn baby's right to exist.  That they hold President Trump in such contempt for the rude, crude, and socially-unacceptable rhetoric he sometimes uses, while uttering ruder, cruder, and completely unacceptable aspersions towards him and his family.  It's enough to make sensible party members jump ship.

Currently reading a book on the economics of slavery.

The reality was that women who had a lot of children were considered ''hero's of the plantation''. They were excused from doing any field work.

Very similar to todays welfare state and the ambitions of the Democratic party.
