Gee.. I'm so surprised that the White House would put out a video linking global warming to the polar vortex.. or if you prefer, Alberta Clipper. I watched the video, to no surprise I wasn't convinced. Some people will say whatever, I'm looking at the calendar and it says its January which the last I knew was one of the colder months to begin with... needless to say, I'm not shocked its cold out.
Much of the continental United States has been gripped by subfreezing and atypical temperatures due to the weather anomaly — a polar vortex drifting much farther south than is typical. Some climate change skeptics have contended that the unseasonably cold weather indicates that the phenomenon of global warming has been exaggerated. On Wednesday, the Obama administration pushed back against this narrative and released a video insisting that global warming was a factor leading to the polar vortex.
The president’s science advisor, Dr. John Holdren warned in a video published on the White House’s YouTube account that people should not believe skeptics claiming that global warming is a faulty theory.
“A growing body of evidence suggests that the kind of extreme cold being experienced by much of the United States as we speak is a pattern that we can expect to see with increasing frequency as global warming continues,” Holdren said.
“If you’ve been hearing that extreme cold spells, like the one we’re having in the United States now, disproves global warming, don’t believe it,” he concluded.

So... having real cold winters in the mid latitudes is proof of global warming. Gosh, it just so happens that the link below notes that this has been an odd year for arctic temperatures in that they have been uncharacteristically below normal all year: "it has been an unusual year for temperature in the Arctic. The closest year to what we have seen so far in 2013 appears to be 2010, which had an early drop below freezing. The high Arctic in year 2013 though, has never gotten above climatological normal, and that’s unusual." Progressive junk climatologists agree: "If you like your global warming, you can keep your global warming."

Its like you can just imagine that if you looked behind the Dr you'd be able to see the hand in his back, running the mouth... Jeff Dunham could only wish to be so good of a ventriloquist
And of course when it's reported that a 100 year old record temperature has been broken most people fail to realize that the new record temperature is very close to the old record of a 100 years ago and could be as little as 1 degree difference. So there really has been no change in that 100 years of weather.
And when we consider that temperature readings have only been kept for about 150 years, its literally hard to say how common or uncommon this type of weather is. This little fact is one of the reasons I have a hard time putting a lot of faith into the man made global warming theory.. I mean for all the stuff they think they know, they can't tell me what the temperature was 200 years ago, 2000 years ago or 2,000,000 years ago yet without knowing this fact they want to tell us that that man has caused warming.
The above video is the 1st in a series of 8 regarding the global warming hoax. The rest of the series 2,3,4,5,6,7,8, are linked below. They are each only 10 minutes long so it's easy to watch one or several at a sitting.

Many people are interviewed in these videos. You'll have to be more specific as to which "he" you are referring to. The gist of these videos is to counterman those who are claiming that a natural disaster is imminent due to to man made global warming.
